Spir Star Hoses

UHP hoses are used in water jetting, oil and gas industries, hydrogen production, high-pressure hydraulics, and the automotive industry. Depending on the application, we use different materials to manufacture our thermoplastic hoses. For instance, the inner core can be made from polyamide (PA), polyoxymethylene (POM), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

The outer material is made of polyamide (PA), polyurethane (PUR), or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). The “DuraLife Flex” outer cover is specially developed for water jetting and pipe cleaning hoses. It shows significantly reduced wear compared to standard materials.
