Whether it’s for drain cleaning, surface treatment, pipe polishing/unclogging, material cutting, or nozzles used in the paper industry, we have the nozzles that will suit your needs.
When ordering a nozzle, it’s helpful to know the material of the workpiece, operating pressure, and water flow (l/min) in addition to the intended use.
Orbital-nozzle Monro-Jet F1
MONRO-JET® nozzles combine the high power of a pinpoint spray with the wide coverage of a steady spray. They can be connected to all approved high-pressure hose fittings and mounted on lances. The F1 model can withstand operating pressures up to 1500 bar and is available with three different thread connections. Thanks to their compact design, MONRO-JET® nozzles are suitable for use in both construction and civil engineering projects for surface treatment and cleaning.
Ceramic nozzle 965-cer
Designed for spray pipes and nozzle pipes. MVT’s ceramic nozzles have a nozzle coefficient of 0.95. The main advantage is that the ceramic interior cannot crack, and its durability is exceptional, far surpassing that of sapphire. The service life can be 100–120 hours when the operating pressure is consistently 2500 bar, provided that all components, such as filters, connections, and water, are checked.
Ceramic nozzle 952-cer
The ceramic nozzle type 952-cer is designed for use with handheld lances. Its advantages are especially evident in concrete removal, such as exposing reinforcements or deep cleaning. Thanks to the nozzle’s favorable shape, it can be easily attached to all standard handheld lances with an external cone.
